Inside Source’s co-founder is the consummate leader with an adventurous spirit - a Marco Polo, of sorts. Anyone who has met Kris knows playing soccer is central to her life. Her style of play on the field is emblematic of her business approach. She is a versatile team player who has played in a variety of positions at Inside Source over the years in management, sales, marketing and business development. With endurance and discipline, she goes the distance for customers. In her 28th year in the industry, she is passionate about the workplace as a place for people to work, connect and thrive.

If ever someone has a sports mentality, it’s Gary. Not only is he a sports fan but he applies principles of discipline, steadiness and rigorousness to all that he does. A former tennis player and Inside Source’s first employee, he is a natural born leader who has led clients like Playdom, Lifescan, Epiphany and Cassidy Turley/BT Commercial to create winning work environments. His entire career has been devoted to the furniture industry.

Whether leading his project team, coaching his son’s baseball team or playing Guy Fieri in the kitchen, David values combining the right ingredients for success. In the forklift industry prior to joining Inside Source 13 years ago, David is no stranger to heavy lifting, whether in the field or putting together creative financing solutions for customers like NetSuite, TiVo, Panasonic and Tesla.

Nancy brings rich life and energy to our team. She strides to Inside Source with an impressive plate of clients including Nvidia Campus, Barclays Global Investors, Apple Computers and Seagate Cupertino HQ. Her impressive career menu of experience with commercial interior companies over the years brings her clients an outstanding range of skills to her current market development role. What most people notice first about Lesley is her cool British accent. But you don’t have to go much further to learn she is well travelled and an industry expert. Her formal design education, along with business development and managerial experience garnered over the years, bring her clients a rich and broad range of skills to her current sales role. Lesley is an IIDA Board Member and was LEED accredited in 2002.

The road less traveled is one Steve took as the quarterback at historically black college, Jackson State University in Mississippi. Off the field, he continues to distinguish himself as a leader and strategic thinker. Since joining Inside Source in 2006, he has played a starring role in creating winning work environments for companies like SolarCity, Inflection and Peet’s Coffee. He holds a M.A. from USF.

Inside Source has the good fortune of having yet another industry veteran in its ranks! Linda has an impressive resume of clients including BEA Systems, Brocade, Siemens and Knight Ridder. With roles in sales and business development, she has led interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional projects with exacting standards. She earned her undergraduate degree at San Diego State University.

Although one of our newest Inside Source team members, Nika is the perfect fit for our Inside Source culture and the contract furniture industry. A quick study, she is intelligent, creative and driven so it is natural that Nika has quickly made an impact in our sales and marketing efforts. Her experience in advertising as a media television buyer for clients like Toyota and T-Mobile gives us a refreshing perspective of our brand and market position and gives our clients new ways to view and approach the exciting trends happening in workplace design today.

A winner of the MVP Award for her work on the Microsoft Silicon Valley Campus, Diane epitomizes steadfastness and commitment. An industry veteran of two decades, a more loyal and focused champion of her client’s goals and needs, you will not find. Her intellect and resourcefulness are the foundation of her ability to manage projects seamlessly for The Taube Koret Campus for Jewish Life, Palo Alto Networks, Market Tools and NETGEAR.

Throughout her 12-year industry career, Elizabeth has planted seeds that have grown into healthy, vibrant work in design and account management roles for clients Facebook, Ghiradelli and Facetime. With an expansive educational background in interior design, architecture/art history and theatre/dance, it’s no wonder Elizabeth enjoys spending time in the garden where her creative talents also reach full bloom.

After successfully project managing the design, new construction and tenant improvement of 800,000 sq. ft. and then managing the facility along with two existing buildings for a well-known solar company, Allison was ready to apply her talents towards bigger and brighter challenges. Her experience, vast skill set, strong work ethic and energetic personality easily earned Allison a position on the Facebook team where she’ll play an integral role in the planning and implementation of their domestic and international facilities.

In Karen, Inside Source has one of its most levelheaded and talented employees. Though Robert has garnered experience in his 15 years in the industry as an installer and dispatcher, he is now the manager of our entire field operations.
