Seattle’s iconic waterfront Maritime Building, with its stunning views of Puget Sound, is the home of casual gaming company, Big Fish Games. Affectionately called the “Landship,” the 1911 building fuses a company culture that appreciates sci-fi and high-tech with inherent architectural character of exposed concrete and heavy timber posts and beams.
A culture of wellness and expression are manifested in the built environment that has an abundant access to natural light and oval fish tank weighing 5,500 lbs. Because seamless and immediate flexibility were key for both personal and shared spaces, employees can customize their environments.
