When Swiss private banking firm EFG moved into their new office, Insidesource’s London branch was tasked to create an attractive, functional space to meet with clients, and encourage employees back in the office. Sustainability was top of mind for this project, which was awarded an SKA Gold Accreditation.

EFG’s new space occupies the two top floors of Park House, located at the center of Mayfair, London. Moving from a traditional, divided office, the open-plan layout was the perfect setting for a contemporary upgrade, outfitted with products that support collaboration and comfort.
Sustainability is built into EFG’s business model, and Insidesource was intent on bringing their design vision to life, while aligning to the project’s low-impact and energy efficient requirements. This meant all timber products were FSC accredited and all vendors were vetted by a sustainability consultant.
